While Tom only became a fully qualified mountain guide in 2022, he’s made a huge impression on us and our clients. He acts as our technical advisor ensuring that the best possible standards of practice are being met by us as a business and by our individual guides. He signs off our risk assessments and performs regular monitoring of our processes to make sure we’re operating safely.
